Yes, you will receive a refund based on the difference in price as an online participant.
If you would like to cancel your registration, please refer to GSC's cancelation policy located at the very bottom of our registration page.
AO policy states that airline tickets are purchased at the expense of the individual, therefore tickets will not be refunded by AO Spine/GSC. The GSC recommends you contact the airlines directly to learn more about cancellation and refund policies. We understand that many airlines are providing flexible refund options due to the COVID-19 situation.
If you booked your hotel outside of the registration system, it is your responsibility to cancel the booking and confirm any refund with the hotel directly.
